Good fishing this week at lake Perris. Bluegill action is very good both from a boat and around Bernasconi shore hitting on crickets, mealworms and redworms. Redear action is a bit slower but can still be caught using mealworms and redworms.
The Bass bite is best in the afternoon along the north shoreline. Bass are hitting best on a drop shot rig using plastic worms. A few Crappie have been caught in the early morning jigging near the Marina.
