Fishing has been pretty tough even though we had this nice weather. The Striped Bass are still hanging our at depths over 150 feet and still aren't biting at anything. The buoy line is still producing lost catfish with the occasional schoolie striper in the mix. A few anglers went out trolling this week and unfortunately didn't return with a catch.

Largemouth have been biting jigs around 25 feet off of points and in the shade in the afternoon hours. Drop shotting motor oil colored Power Worms has been the best for largemouth in Old SS & Dry Gulch Coves. Crawdads have been working well art both the upper lake and lower lagoon all though out the day. Most of the coves on the west side of the fish arm have been producing most of the largemouth lately.

Not much to say about the panfish bite at the lower lagoon these days. The bite overall is still a little wacked out from the recent increase in the water level. Still no trout at the marinas but lots of sighting of trout in the coves on the northeast side of the fish arm around Kong Island.
