Upper Lake Water Temperature: Low to Mid 50's
Lower Lagoon Water Temperature: Low 50's to High 40's Last Plant: The Department of Fish and Game stocked the west ramp on Thursday Feb 2nd with 1,800 lbs.

Fishing has been pretty tough at both the upper and lower lakes. The stripers just don't seem to be interested in swimbaits or the trout. In SS Ski and around Kong Island there have been a lot of trout sighting reported which is making them a target for the largemouth. Swimbaits have been working on the largies from depths of up to 40+ feet to the surface. Largies are still biting all throughout the Fish Arm but are still hanging out in deeper waters. The buoy line has been producing lots of catfish still but no stripers.

Chicken livers, anchovies and sardines have been the best baits for the cats. The lagoon has slowed down a bit probably due to the water level returning to normal. The pan fish at the lagoon can still be found along the spillway. Nightcrawlers are still a great bait for night fishing at the lagoon.
