Twice-weekly plants of Silver King catfish have kept the action sizzling at Corona Lake this past week, especially for anglers fishing in the trees from boats or float tubes.

The best action for both boat and shore anglers has been a half-nightcrawler fished with a marshmallow, but fly-lined shrimp and mackerel are also getting their share of fish. The nightcrawlers-marshmallow combo is also working for the tilapia, which are also very good and being stocked at least once a week.
