Anglers reported another week of huge striper catches with numerous DD striper falling for cut sardines, lug worms, jumbo live minnows, and live shad. Striper anglers also did well throwing jerkbaits, underspins, and lipless crankbaits. Catfish anglers did exceptionally well to. They reported good fishing with several fish over the ten pound mark. As if huge striper and catfish weren’t enough, bass anglers landed some of the biggest largemouth of the season. Bass went for drop shot, Senkos, and live minnows. Anglers also reported some truly huge bluegill while fishing live worms near outtake grates.
