Father's Day rapped up a nice week of fishing here at Lake Skinner. The striper are once again biting the best, dam and the inlet remain the best areas, and chicken liver has now made it back onto the striper meal ticket, however, anchovies are still the best. Bass continue to bite well along the South Shore still hitting mostly dark plastics. Cats have begun to wake, as the bite improved over the weekend, chicken liver and mackerel working the best. Bluegills in the morning and afternoons off of mealworms and night crawlers fished with a bobber in the coves.

These are the following fish reports:

Bass: Good
Bluegill: Good
Carp: Fair
Catfish: Fair
Crappie: Poor
Striper: Excellent with an Average size of 2-3 lb.
Trout: Poor
