This past week the story has been all about bass, both the Largemouth Bass and the Striper. Striper fishing is excellent, with fish coming in all over the lake. Cut anchovies are the best bet at the Inlet and drifting the East end as well as shore fishing Marina point and Ramp #2. Bass are hitting dark plastics and night crawlers in the East end and along the South shore. Cats are starting to wake up as well.
