Surface Water Temp: 56.9 degrees
Fish Plants: Tentative scheduled trout plant is January 14th or 15th.
Lake Hours: 6:15am - 4:30pm
Weather: The Forecasts show temperatures in the mid 30's to low 70's with a chance of rain on Thursday.


BASS

Few bass have been caught within 25 feet, but they are typically down deep between 50-60 ft. Anglers are catching smaller bass between 1-3 pounds. Dropshotting creature baits works best for catching bass. Shad like lures also work great.


STRIPER

The striper bite has been on and off. Anglers are catching striper between 5-20 pounds! Trolling Swim baits in the morning work best for striper. When shad and trout are breaking the surface, it's best to use lures that mimic them for top water boils. Cut bait also works great for striper.


CATFISH

Anglers are catching few catfish between 3-5 pounds! Stink bait and cut bait work best for catfish.


PANFISH

The panfish bite slowed down. Anglers are catching few panfish a pound and under. Night crawlers and mealworms work best.


TROUT

The trout bite picked up this week! Anglers are catching many trout between 4-10 pounds! Powerbait, kasmasters and mini jigs work best for trout. John Sullivan (age 5) of Riverside caught two trout to the left of the marina using powerbait! His trout weighed 5.31 pounds and 5.32 pounds!
