This week was not a slow one by any standard at Castaic Lake. Striper boils are getting more and more frequent. Flukes, spooks and cut baits are the hot baits to use. The buoy line is the place to be between 5:45 & 8:00 AM for the morning bite.

The Largemouth have been biting on nightcrawlers and roboworms. Finally, Catfish can still be caught in Utopia and deep by old S.S.
