Great news anglers! The sheet ice is gone (For Now)! Warmer daytime temps and moderate winds have thawed out our "Blue Jewel". Anglers can once again enjoy fishing the north shoreline from the Big Bear Dam to Stanfield Cutoff. The water is clear and cold and the trout are hungry. "Power" and "Gulp" baits are still the fare of choice for these high altitude "Pink Meats". So hurry up and grab your rod and reel and get in on the "Catchin' Action" before "Old Man Winter" returns and transforms Big Bear Lake back into his own giant popsicle!

Until Next Time....Here's wishing you Tight Lines and Full Stringers!
