Most Anglers are getting limits or near limits of Trout. The best area is by the dam at around 40 feet trolling with spinner bait.

After the almost lake record (11 lbs.) Largemouth Bass cam in two weeks ago at 10 lbs. 8 oz. ,bass have suddenly gotten smaller.

The Lake Hemet water temp. is currently at 62 degrees. Total of 1,500 lbs. of trout were stocked on 10/19 and another 1,500 lbs. on 10/27. We have some great fishing specials that we want you to be aware of: all boats rentals on M thru F are 1/2 off and all camping Sun thru Thur. is 1/2 off including a free 2 hour boat rental.

In addition to the 10 lb. 8 oz largie, Lake Hemet also produces a 10.5 lb. catfish and a 17.5", 1.5 lb Trout are also caught. All were caught at the dam. A 10.5 lb. Catfish and a 10.31 lb. Largemouth were both caught this week at Lake Hemet. In addition, many anglers were getting their limits of trout this week. The Lake Hemet "Triangle", between the Point, the Spillway and the Dam are the best for trout at about 35 to 40 ft. The Lake Hemet water temperature is currently at 64 degrees.
