Lake Sabrina will close this season on October 24th at 1:00pm unless the weather turns to winter. The kitchen will close on the 17th. Fishing season ends November 15th. Ma Nature outdid herself this week giving us a bit of almost everything - yellow leaves, very nice balmy temperatures, orange leaves, a bit of snow in the back country, red leaves, a bit of rain in the front country, gold leaves and a glassy lake. This week was the Fall Colors Cruise and Car Show and what awesome cars courtesy of Bernie and Nina DeMarkey with their '69 El Camino and Bill and Teri Kupper and their '71 Chevelle posed for a Fall Color shot off the dam.

Once again catching is great. Catching at the inlets with NightCrawlers, Salmon Eggs and PowerBait or trolling with the tried and true Red and Gold Thomas Buoyants, WoolyBuggers, NightCrawlers or flashers and a NightCrawler. Got another great stocking from the DFG bright and early Monday morning. Lake's going down - so Rick and Brian got busy moving the dock - lots easier getting to the boats..

The following USFS campgrounds are closed - North Lake, Sabrina Camp, Mountain Glen and Willow. There is a full hook-up RV campground - Creekside RV park which is on the road to South Lake. Not sure when the rest will close, but these are still open campgrounds are Bishop Park, Intake II, Big Trees, BitterBush, Forks and Four Jeffery. Remember your polarized dark glasses and sunscreen. The Lake Sabrina crew looks forward to seeing you.
