The lake remained near 68 percent of its storage capacity and anglers reported good fishing early in the week followed by a series of storms. Finesse baits produced well for anglers in 10 to 20 feet of water. Rocky points and bluff walls held biting bass. Weightless Senkos and squarebill crankbaits also scored bites. White bass anglers connected with spoons, in-line spinners, and small white swimbaits. Most of the action remained deeper in the water column. Crappie perked up with several reports of fish holding in the 20 to 30 foot zone with minijigs working for bites. Catfish anglers used chicken liver, dip bait, and cut baits for decent results.
