The bluegill bite here at River Walk is excellent. Many of the fish are small, but any live worm under a bobber or drop shotted have been scoring. Bass have been coming on reaction baits, buzzbaits, whopper Ploppers and drop shotted soft plastics. Catfish up to two pounds were reported this week with SSS dip bait and cut baits. Crappie have been coming on live red worms and small jigs with nibbles.
