Aqueduct fishing has been of fire, and anglers were successful with all species. Striper took white Fluke style baits on a jig head and jerkbaits before and after check gates. Striper also ate cut sardines, anchovies, and jumbo live minnows in those same areas. Numerous jailbirds over ten pounds were reported. Largemouth anglers did well on finesse plastics, Senkos, and jerkbaits with numerous largemouth over five pounds hitting the scales. Catfish anglers reported great fishing on dip bait, chicken liver, and cut baits.
