Anglers reported fair fishing at Hart Park with bass falling for Texas rigged six inch plastic worms, creature baits, and Senkos. There’s also been a topwater bite on weedless frogs early and late in the day. Bluegill ate any live worm under a bobber, and catfish went for dip bait and cut anchovies. Don’t’ forget to fish the Kern River right next to the park because anglers consistently catch plenty of smallmouth bass within walking distance of the park.
