Striper anglers reported another good week of aqueduct fishing with line sides going for both bait and artificials. Lure anglers fooled striped bass with Flukes, tube baits, jerkbaits, and umbrella rigs, and the bait anglers used jumbo live shiners, cut sardines, and bloodworms. Mornings and evenings have been the best times to fish for striper. Bass anglers also reported good fishing while using Green Pumpkin Roboworms on the drop shot, Senkos, and top water lures. Bass fishing has been best as the sun comes up. An eight to ten pounds bass was reported by and angler using a deep diving crankbait. Catfish anglers soaked chicken liver, dip bait, and cut anchovies or sardines on the bottom for good results.
