Fishing was fair last week at Hart Park, but water temps have been on the rise. The spring bite could kick off at any time, and anglers should be ready with Senkos, drop shot plastics, and jigs. Other springtime favorites include plastic lizards and jerkbaits. Catfish anglers reported decent fishing while using chicken liver, dip bait, and anchovies, and bluegill went for any live worm under a bobber.
