Fishing has been fair at Hart Park. Bass anglers used crankbaits, drop shot, and Senkos for bites. The best bet has been to use a very slow retrieve with finesse plastics, but larger bass went for crankbaits as well. Catfish anglers soaked dip bait and cut baits on the bottom for a few fish, and bluegill anglers hooked up using redworms, waxworms, and mealworms.
