The Trout opener proved to be a great success. Anglers have been reporting the best results from Spinner Baits and Marshmallow/ Nightcrawler set- ups. The Striped Bass are waking up with the Trout introductions, Catfish, Bass and Bluegill still on the chew with boating anglers providing most reports.

These are the following ratings.

Bass: Good with an Average size of 3 pounds.
Bluegill: Good with an Average size of 1 pound.
Carp: Fair with an Average size of 4 pounds.
Catfish: Good with an Average size of 3 pounds.
Striper: Excellent with an Average size of 3 pounds.
Trout: Excellent with an Average size of 2 pounds.
