Good afternoon folks.. we got out today with 37 anglers and headed across to the islands. 

Overcast conditions and light current made for comfortable fishing conditions however the morning was extremely tough for us.  We stayed in the deeper water and despite seeing plenty of marks on most spots, the bites were very hard to come by.  After looking at a rather large area we took off to some shallower spots and fortunately found decent scratch fishing on Copper Rockfish and a smattering of Lingcod.  A big thanks to our group for sticking with it and fishing till the very end.  

Our 37 anglers ended the day with 163 Coppers, 86 misc. Rockfish, 10 whitefish and 17 Lingcod.  

The Stardust and Coral Sea are chartered for Saturday and will resume our open party schedule on Sunday with the Stardust 3/4 Day fishing and the Coral Sea 1/2 Day fishing.  Please call Sea Landing at 805 963-3564 to check trip availability or visit our website to book online.
