Fishing has been pretty decent here.

The catfish are pretty shallow right now. 10-20 ft and they seem to bite on mackerel, anchovies, and pretty much anything that stinks!

The bass are pretty deep. 20-40 ft and they are biting on night crawlers, plastic worms, and jigs.

The trout and perch are pretty slow. We are having a trout plant next week so they should pick up.

Dillon Ashlem from Ventura caught a 6 pound bass using a night crawler, Robert Shirk from Ventura caught an 18.5 pound catfish, Cody Luckey from Ventura caught a 7,6, & 4 pound bass, Jason Rodarte from Ventura caught an 8 pound bass using a night crawler. John Holste from Oxnard caught a 15 pound catfish on a night crawler and Pica Victoria for oxnard caught a 11.9 pound bass on a plastic worm.

Give us a call and come fishing!
