Three rainbows caught on the troll weighed in at 8-8.5lbs proving the dam is still the best area for trout. The bass bit well this week at the mouth of Clark Canyon, the west side of E Point, and along banks by Drake Cove.Deep cranks and nightcrawlers consistently brought in both smallmouth and largemouth throughout the day. Multiple limits of channelcats were caught using cutmackerel and chicken liver baits. The back of Cachuma Bay, Johnson Bay, and SweetwaterBay held many 1-2 poundcatfish this week.
