BASS
Anglers are catching smaller bass, but there was also a few 5-8 pounders caught. Plastics work best in the pink and green colors. Shad like lures and night crawlers also work great for bass. Michael Masicampo, pictured of Palm Springs caught a nice 7.24 pound largemouth using a nightcrawler!

STRIPER
Stripers slowed down towards the end of the week. Anglers are catching smaller striper between 4-5 pounds. Cut bait and trolling with flies work best. When shad are breaking the surface, it's best to use a shad like lure for top water boils.

CATFISH
There were a few catfish caught this week between 8-10 pounds! Mackerel, anchovies and chicken liver work great for catfish.

PANFISH
Anglers are catching panfish between 1-2 ponds! Night crawlers, and mealworms work best for panfish.

TROUT
No reports of trout caught this week. Typical bait for trout are mini jigs, powerbait and powerworms.
