Corona Lake is the place to be, for all your camping and fishing needs this summer, With the heavy weekly stockings, it's no wonder limits of catfish are the rule at Corona Lake. Jose Egbert of Guatemala fished overnight and caught 10 catfish totaling 23 pounds using night-crawlers from shore. Bob & Cam McAllen of Washington State caught 10 catfish totaling 20 pounds using mackerel from a boat at the East end of the lake. Gary Espinoza of Corona caught 7 catfish totaling 18 lbs. 12 oz. using shrimp off shore at the Dam. Royal Hunter of Moreno Valley caught 5 blue catfish totaling 12 pounds using shrimp in the middle of the lake.
Corona Lake is open seven-days-a-week and has 24 hour overnight fishing/camping sessions every weekend during the summer.
