BASS
We have seen a few bass here and there. Anglers have started to fish with senko's in Rawson Cove and the 3rd cove of shoreline area. Fred Steiner, pictured above from Placentia caught a gorgeous bass weighing in at 8.49lbs using watermelon color senko's.

STRIPER
Stripers are being caught by the secondary. They have turned on the water! Swimbaits, anchovies and sardines are the choice of the week.

CATFISH
There were no reports of catfish this week. Typical bait for the cats are nightcrawlers, chicken liver and shrimp.

TROUT
We had a few reports of trout this week. Rainbows have been coming in from people using mini jigs, powerbait and powerworms. Tony Adam, Photo #1 from Riverside caught a 5.03 rainbow using powerbait in the cove below the marina store.

PANFISH
Redear, crappie and blue gills have been missing in action. Most common bait is mealworms, redworms, and nightcrawlers.
