Weather at Lake Skinner was beautiful with mile temperatures and little wind. Catfish have been biting at the East End, hitting mackerel and chicken liver.

Bluegill are chewing on nightcrawlers between launch ramp 1 & 2.

Striper action was slow this week. If you are after Stripers use shad or swim baits around 30 ft. down. Or try trolling with white flies.

Anglers are catching Largemouth Bass on green pumpkin deep shot and plastic frogs. The Bass they are catching average 3 lbs.

The first trout plant will be November 9th.
