The weather at Lake Skinner has been in the high 90's, with high winds on some days. The dam area is where many happy anglers have been catching lots of catfish. The bait of choice for the kitties has been chicken liver. The Bluegill bite has picked up lately at the dam. They are hitting best on nightcrawlers. Stripers have been boiling between launch ramp 1 & launch ramp 2 in the early morning hours. There is no report on trout activity.
