Great day to be fishing the N. Channel Islands! We had 2 boats and only 33 anglers catch 12 white seabass, 50 barracuda, 1 halibut, 387 rockfish, 10 lingcod, 1 sheephead, 1 whitefish, 10 whitefish and 1 cabezon. Both Island Spirit and Pacific Dawn enjoyed some of the best fishing of this young 2012 season!

Pacific Dawn loaded up on reds, lings, sheephead and whitefish for day one of its two day trip. Day two produced a descent white seabass bite with one big halibut mixed in.

Island Spirit enjoyed a great surface bite for barracuda today at the local islands. They also had some rockfish to top off the bags.

We have trips departing daily targeting WHITE SEABASS, HALIBUT, BARRACUDA, CALICO BASS, RED SNAPPER and LINGCOD.
