Redear and Bluegill are being caught all around the Bernascoli shore lines at about 20 to 30 yards off the shore. Redworms and crickets are the main bait for the panfish. Anglers are getting their limits in about 2 to 3 hours. Bass are still on the move hitting top water lures and purple plastic worms around the east end of the lake. Trout are still being caught in good numbers around the north shore lines on PowerBait and trout worms.

4-30-2012What a wonderful week at Lake Perris. The nice weather has kicked the Bass into action all over the lake. Numerous anglers caught limits on green plastics, shad imitation crank baits and top water lures.
