Some nice size Bass have come in from all around the lake. We had a Bass caught that was 18.8 lbs(pictured above). This would be a new lake record. Bass have been hitting on top water lures and purple plastic worms. Redear have been caught all around the lake, hitting on red worms and wax worms. Anglers have been coming in and saying they are limiting out in a few hours from a boat around the island. Bluegill are still a little slow but have been caught in the east end hitting on crickets and mealworms. Trout are being caught on anything garlic around the north shore buoy lines.
