It was cooler this week here at Lake Skinner, we even had some rain. That did not stop anglers from coming out for a fun day of fishing. Largemouth Bass were caught using PowerBait, plastic worms and nightcrawlers over in between ramps 1 & 2. The last trout plant was on the 23rd, but they are still going strong by the shore fishing area as well as over by the inlet. Anglers have been luring in the trout using nightcrawlers, powerbait in: corn, garlic and rainbow.

There have been a few reports of some catfish and bluegill being caught this week. Good luck and come on in to the Marina and tell us your fish stories....
