The weather at Lake Skinner was in the mid-70's, nice and sunny and no wind. Anglers were catching Bluegill using mealworms, nightcrawlers and chicken livers. Stripers over in between ramp 1 and ramp 2 mostly on chicken livers and swimbait. Corn, chartreuse rainbow, trout mallows are still the best for luring the trout in. Lastly, next stocking of Trout will be on February 10th.
