All three Yucaipa Lakes saw good fishing action this past week

Trout action was good
Catfish action was slow
Largemouth Bass action was slow
Bluegill/Redear action was slow
Carp action was slow
No other species was reported.

There will be a Fishing Derby at Yucaipa Regional Park on this Saturday January 7, 2012. All lakes will be closed on Friday January 6, 2012 in order to prepare for the fishing derby. Last week's trout fishing was very good with a lot of large fish being caught on lures, PowerBait and power worms of all colors. All three lakes saw good action.
