Lake Skinner has been a mixed bag because of the weather. We have some happy anglers catching catfish in the early morning over at the East End and Launch Ramp 2. The bait of choice for cats has been chicken liver and nightcrawlers. Stripers are also being caught by the dam using chicken liver as well.
