Anglers report that the best bite for trout is still at the Lake Hemet "Triangle", between the Pointe, the Spillway, and the Dam. Trolling about 35 ft. deep 80 to 100 ft. from the shore, using a bright lure has been working really well. There is also a good catch from the shore reported using worms and orange/green PowerBait.

The water temperature is currently at 66 degrees. Lake Hemet is offering a great fall special by offering boat rental at half price during the week days. All camping is half price Sunday thru Thursday including a 2 hour free boat rental. Come and enjoy great family fun.
