Bluegill that have been hotting at the south end of the dam for the past few weeks have slowed down significantly the past week. Jigs with crickets are still the best bait for Bluegill. Largemouth Bass are hitting much better than previous weeks, many have been reported to be hitting top water baits at the east and west ends of the lake. Blacktop/silver belly Rapala are the best bait right now for the Largies. Redear are hitting best at Bernasconi and Souteast Island with red worms.
