We had reports of Catfish, Bluegill and Stripers being caught. Our fishermen have had plenty of luck with the live crickets we now carry at the Marina. Some other baits that have been doing well are Anchovies, nightcrawlers and chicken liver. Rapala floating lures in Fire-tiger and Berkley Atomic Teasers have also been fairing well.

Even with the warmer temperatures, early morning bites at Lake Skinner have been really good. Bluegill are doing well on live crickets that we are currently selling at the marina. The hot spots for Bluegill are the left side of the dam. Stripers are good in the inlet using jerk bait and chicken liver. With the great weather we had this week, we are able to wrap up another food fishing week. Still having good catches of Striper in the Dam area.
