The Bluegill bite has been exceptional this week. The south end of the dams 40 to 50 ft. depth has been pushing out 1 to 1.5 pounders with jigs of a dark color. The southeast side of the Island has been good for Redear using red worms; as well as Largemouth Bass using top water baits. The best action in the Marina has been at the north end of the docks for Largemouth Bass and the south end of the docks for Crappie.
