Stripers are starting to bite back at the buoy line on sardines, mackerel and night crawlers. The bite has been somewhat decent throughout the day but more fish seem to be coming in during the late morning hours.
The largies at the upper lake are starting to bit plastics and crawlers, their favorite colors are baby bass and shad. Most anglers are hitting up the fish arm in the afternoon, the morning bite happens for about an hour maybe then the bite struggles for the rest of the morning.
The panfish are everywhere at the upper lake as well as the lagoon. Wax worms, small night crawlers are pretty much anything small enough to fit in their mouth will get them to bite.
The catfish are also biting all over most of the lake and mostly in Elizabeth Cyn on mackerel and night crawlers.

Stripers Stripers still seem to be teasing us by not putting forth a decent bite. A few stripers are still being reported around the buoy line and Sharron's rest. Other than soaking bait off the points and in deeper water it's been tough finding the stripers. Bass The largies are still biting all over the lake on plastics as usual, but the Nightcrawlers don't seem to be working as well. They are biting better before noon rather than after...... Read More
