The best fishing remains at the east end of the lake. Larger-sized Bluegill and Redear have been reported to be hitting crickets and jigs (for Bluegill) and DMF trout worms and red worms.
Largemouth bass have been hitting topwater bait in the east end and some larger ones have been coming for red worms at the dam. The Marina docks action has slowed down significantly only a single group of large crappie have been reported.

Bluegill were the best this week at Lake Perris followed by Largemouth Bass, everything else is fair
Lake PerrisThe fishing at Lake Perris remains steadily productive; most fish are still being caught at the East end of the lake. Redworms for redear, Roboworms and rubber shad for largemouth bass and crickets and jigs for Bluegill. The Marina docks' action has slowed down quite a bit; the best luck has been crickets for Bluegill or dark colored jigs for Crappie. Many species were producing this past week. Largemouth bass continue to hit more frequently around Allessandro Island, top water baits seem to be one of the favorites for the largies. Bluegill and Redear continue to do best around the island as well they seem to like red worms and crickets. The Marina docks have been producing exceptionally well for Bass, Bluegill, Redear and Crappie. Jigs have actually been working well for all four species this week....... Read More
