Due to the unfavored weather, Lake Perris has been having few anglers. The action has remained with the trout and largemouth bass at lots 11 & 12 and the Launch Ramp Cove. Kastmasters and Rainbow Powerbait have been best for trout and rapalas and garlic nightcrawlers for bass. The panfish action has been quite slow.

Rate the action based over the past week:
Bass ==> Good
Bluegill ==> Poor
Carp ==> Poor
Catfish ==> Poor
Crappie ==> Fair
Striper ==> Poor
Trout ==> Good ==> Average Size: 1-2 lbs.

Prior to rain and wind that has hit during tail end of the week, the redear began hitting frequently with good sizes off of redworms at the Marina Docks. No reports from any other location. The trout reports have been becoming more frequent form the Marina Docks and the Lauinch Ramp Cove. Kastmasters and Rapalas have been the word so far. Largemouth continue to hit well. The fishing action has taken a dramatic drop for the panfish all over. Few redears have been reported hitting off of the Marina Docks. Trout bite slowly becoming more frequent at the Launch Ramp Cove and Lots 11 and 12 Nightcrawlers and Kastmaster have been working. Largemouth Bass conituinue to hit at the Marina Cove, Lots 11 and 12 and the Launch Ramp Cove. Dark colored lures and crank baits have been the best bet. Rate the...... Read More
