Anglers reported fair fishing at Hart Park with bass and bluegill being the best bets. Bass anglers fooled fish with topwater lures and plastic baits. Weedless frogs worked well in the mornings and evenings, and Texas rigs, Senkos, and creature baits got bit throughout the day. Bluegill ate redworms, waxworms, and mealworms under a bobber, and catfish ate dip bait and cut baits soaked on the bottom.
