October 25 & 26, 2009:

    M. Stephenson & R. Stehenson, Palm Springs, were shore fishing with power white eggs. Each caught their limit of 1/2 to 1 1/2 lb. Trout both days.

    October 24, 2009:
      Tom Hall, Carlsbad, was trolling with Kastmaster in the middle of the lake. Brought in 2 good size rainbow trout.

      Bau Tran, Rafael Topia, Roger Houston & Vincent Angel, of Orange County, were fishing by the dam with powerbait. Brought in 5 1 1/2 - 2lb. Trout.

      Victor Patterroyo, Orange City, caught 3 Trout by the dam using night crawlers.

    October 25, 2009:
      Rick Beker, Murrieta, and friends, were fishing with night crawlers by the dam. Brought in 6 Trout- average about 14 lb. each.

October 18, 2009: Sarah Domanski, age 15, Hemet, was fishing with her dad and caught a big rainbow trout in the middle of the lake with powerbait. October 17, 2009: Ricky and Ryan Caspary, Norco, each limited out on trout using rainbow powerbait with glitter. All big enough to eat Tyler Whercy, 14, Riverside caught an 18" Bass using nightcrawlers in the middle of the lake. October 11, 2009: Fishing has been really good this week. The perfect fall weather has the trout really biting. Pete Wynn, Hemet, limited out on trout using nightcrawlers trolling by the dam. Most were about 16" in lenght. October 10, 2009: Jason Martinez, Temecula, caught 3 trout using lures. All were 2-2 1/2 lbs! Bruce Cox and his buddy from Yucca Valley were worm fishing.
