The move is complete and the Mirage is now based out of the Channel Islands Sportfishing Center in Oxnard. I recently fished with Captain Tucker and the rest on the Mirage crew on an overnight trip to beautiful Santa Rosa and San Miquel Islands. We started the morning fishing at Santa Rosa Island in hopes of a seabass or halibut. Everyone on board fished hard but we were unable to land any exotics. Captain Tucker fired up the Mirage and motored us over to San Miquel Island for some stellar rockfishing fishing to finish off the day. Karl Penson's nice sheephead took the days jackpot honors and everyone on board fill their sacks with a nice limit of quality rockfish and whitefish. The weather was absolutely awesome and the whales were putting on a spectacular show. Always Good times on the Mirage !!!!
