Bass Action is Active All Over The Lake

As of September 25th the lake capacity was at 70.6%. We are in the fall season for bass fishing! The bite is very good during the fall. Large and small mouth bass are active all over the late. Shad is very active so the striking fish are more active. Night crawlers garlic infused and regular are still the most popular baits. Catfish are biting all over the lake and they re biting on mackerel and gulp. Crappie, bluegill and sunfish are biting on night crawlers and jigs. Trout is biting 50 feet deep on night crawlers and bright colored luges. Our fall hours are 6:30 AM- 6 PM. The last bait rental is at 3 PM and all boats in at 5 PM.

Please wear your face mask and prating social distancing. As of August 28th the lake capacity was 74.7%. Largemouth bass and channel catfish have been predominantly biting. Bass have been biting on top water in the early morning and late afternoons using whopper ploppers, wake baits, frogs and spooks. During midday bass have been biting on senkos.
