Hey gang checking in from our coastal 1/2 day trip. We started out in a little bit deeper water for very good quality Chucks, Reds and browns . After that petered out we went in shallow looking for a little bit of surface action and had decent fishing on the bass and a whole bunch of Whitefish with some big ones mixed in . We did a couple more drops in a little bit deeper water for a handful more nice Reds and browns as well as a couple nice big Lingcod. We ended the day trying to locate a school of Bonito to finish up on . We saw a few but when they are on small bait they are hard to get to bite . Your next chance to ride the Coral Sea is tomorrow for a 1/2 day trip and next week Monday thru Wednesday for 3/4 days .
