Stardust 3/4 Day trip 

Good afternoon anglers we are cruising back across the flat calm channel here after a fun filled day of fishing again at Santa Rosa island with a full boat of 40 anglers today. 

We started our day on the deeper side of things and had a nice start to the day on some lingcod as well as a pretty steady pick on the rockfish.  The current was strong and as a result there were a few times where the tangles took there toll however our group stuck with it.  Around noon we headed shallower to try some anchor fishing for the afternoon.  Our afternoon was quite productive with rockfish, whitefish and a decent number of lingcod as well.  

When we decided to call it a day our 40 anglers tallied up 251 Assorted rockfish, 136 whitefish, 4 cabezon, 1 sheep head and 60 lingcod.
