This last week the winds have been horrific on the lake here with winds between fifteen and sixty miles per hour. The trout are still biting but the winds have been making it difficult to fish in. Just drift fishing you are being pushed twice as fast as you would go at trolling speed. Some small mouth are being had up in the mohawk area on bass lures. Crappie are still a no go, as is large mouth and catfish and blue gill and redear perch. Carp are abundant as usual. Our next plant will be the week of the fish derby so get your applications in.

Tidbits: The polar bear are healthier and more abundant than ever.
