Stardust 3/4 Day Charter with Loc Tran

Good afternoon anglers...  We are currently heading in in beautiful weather after an awesome day of fishing at Santa Rosa Island today.  We had one of our long time charter groups out today put together by Loc Tran with 28 anglers on board.

We took advantage of the beautiful weather and early start and ran up to the western portion of Santa Rosa.  We found a couple stones first thing with some hungry Lingcod and were able to get what we needed quickly.  After that we had to work at the Rockfish and only found a couple stones that really rattled our gear.  We managed to piece together our rockfish and had excellent quality all day.  Our group as always did an excellent job and were a pleasure to have on board.

In total we ended the day with our 28 anglers catching 156 Reds, 73 Coppers, 51 mixed Rockfish, 26 whitefish and 56 Lingcod.

The Stardust is full tomorrow and will be back out 1/2 Day fishing Monday -Wednesday and the Coral Sea is 3/4 Day fishing Monday-Wednesday as well. Please call Sea Landing at 805 963-3564 for reservations or visit our website to book online.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (805) 963-3564 to get in on the action

We headed across to Santa Rosa island today with very nice weather. Our first stop was in deeper water where we picked some nice coppers but not much else. We headed west and looked in the deeper and shallower water but only found one spot that wanted to kick out fish but they were chewing really good while it lasted. Our weather stayed very nice all day and had minimal current as well but had some very murky water clarity to...... Read More
